It was an honor to keynote at this year’s TriAgile event. This is one of the best Agile events I have attended, based on the forward-looking nature of the content and speakers. 

One of the many things that needs to change is that we need to move beyond Agile backlogs. I touched on that in my talk, and I showed a preview of a roadmap-like approach. I would love to know your thoughts on a prototype we have built. There is no charge - we are interested in feedback.
